Hello again.
As I have mentioned before I am researching the names Marshall and Williamson from Stoneykirk and Stranraer areas of Wigtownshire and also Marshalls from Creetown, Kirkcudbrightshire. The first evidence I have of my Marshall family is on the 1841 Scottish Census in Creetown (Kirkmabreck). There were eleven children in this family. My gt.gt.grandmother Jane being their first daughter.
On another track, can I insert a photograph here of my mother Mary c.1920 with two unknown Scottish relatives, both sisters, probably Marshalls or Williamsons from Stranraer, taken on a visit by them to Lichfield, Staffordshire?
Any comments would be appreciated.
Thanks,[/img]
