Maybe try refreshing the page? Dunno if that will work in this case but worth a try...

Best wishes

I've tried that but no joy.

Re: logging in problem

Post by sporran » Thu Feb 02, 2006 11:49 am

Hello everyone,

Richard has just called back to report that the problem has been fixed. One of the web servers had a problem so that only those users who were connected to that server saw the problem. The server was taken out of service, re-booted, then re-introduced into service. (Those people who mock IT Support for always asking people to reboot their computers will have a fresh insight).

Richard will post a message on the SP site about the problems, and he remarked that people who had found problems trying to log in will be given an extra day on their expiry time for credits.

Regards,

John

SP sign on is finally back on my screen.
Glad to hear that others were having same problem as I thought the heat was getting to me.
Very warm out here in the Antipodes.

Cheers.
