SP is freezing my computer

Thanks for the info....I have been trying for ages to try and view some records..I have lost a lot of credits also..I am not impressed with SP at all. Unfortunately, I tried your suggestion of using Paint to edit..I must be thick..because it didn't work for me....Any other suggestions.

If you have lost credits then submit a contact form on the SP site explaining the situation and your problems and t here's a good chance that your credits wil be refunded.

You've probably not lost credits, the images that you were trying to view will be in your viewed images section, or you can look through previous searches. Although you never actually got to view the image because of the problem the credit should only have been taken once. As David say's though, if you have lost them put a form in and you should get them back.

Not me that lost the credits but I am sure whoever it was will pick up the message, thanks everyone. May have to try the dreaded Jave script.
