I have been trying to do a bit of spring cleaning in my account at SP. I have about 6 pages of viewed images and have been downloading them/printing them off etc.
I was merrily downloading when at about the third page it suddenly gave up. By this I mean that although I could view an image I couldn't save it.
I don't have any download restriction with my ISP (well not that I'm aware of) so does SP have a restriction on the amount that can be downloaded in a day?

If you continue to have problems, then I'd recommend that you submit a contact form, - on the home page at http://www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk/ click on "Contact Us" right down at the bottom ...........
