XML versus XSL

Post by Dave Sutton » Sat Jul 09, 2005 9:13 pm

Hi,

Can any of the people who know about these things tell me what I am doing WRONG! When I try to do a search a message comes up and says I can't use XSL but need XML. I have no idea what this means.

Thanks for any help Dave

Dave

First of all. Precisely where are you searching?
XSL is eXtended Scripting Language and XML is eXtended Markup Language. Both are tools for manipulating text.

XML versus XSL

Dave,
Your not the only one, I can`t even get on to the main page, all I get is a page full of computer gibberish, at the foot of it, it says:-
The XML page cannot be displayed.
cannot view XML input using XSL style page, please correct the error and then click the refresh button, or try later.

Umm, last night got the same XML XSL gibberish. Tonight the username and password which have worked over the past two weeks have ceased to work.
