What have I done????
I searched on my viewed images and previous searches using the filter button now it seems there is nothing saved there. When I click on both these buttons now it says no images. Does this mean I have lost all my saved images that I have paid for???
I have contacted ScotlandsPeople but I wondered if anyone might have an answer.
regards
Helen

Hi Helen
Not sure if you have unticked the filter you applied - if not, try that first! That usually works.
Best wishes

Hi Lesley,
Sorry if I am being dense. I did think of that but I cannot work out how to do that as I cannot get into my viewed images to do it. It says I have no images.
I just had a look at faq's on downloading and viewing images. It says deleted items are not retrievable even if it also in the timeline section of the account. I just checked and mine are still there.
I am so silly, I am not very computer literate, I wonder 'what will happen if I press that button' not thinking of the consequences. 8-[

well, phew, I thought I'd just try searching for one of my previous searches that I know I had already found and just pay the one credit so I could gain access to my previous search to see what's going on, and what do you know I was able to open previous search and there are all of my searches.
I guess I can do the same for my viewed images. Not until I find something I don't mind paying five credits for. There must be another way though.
Just hope someone might be able to suggest what.
Panic over - for now.

Thanks Tracey,
What a panic I got into, I was so annoyed with myself when I thought I had lost the lot.
Feel better now. Hopefully, everything will be alright tomorrow when I log in. It will be the first thing I do when I get home from work.
all the best
