having a problem with SP

I was wondering if anyone else was or is having any problems with scotland people??
I bought some credits today and I think I found Isabella Death?? I wanted to view it so I click on it and when the little box showed that it would cost me yes or no and when I click on yes the page/system froze?? this has been happening to me every time I go to scotland people?? when I reloged on I paid for the view which I haven't been able to view??
If any one can help!! much appricate it. here is what I found
Isabella Begley 1870 age 80 Milton Glasgow 644/07/0228 another name was in McDonald?? wondering if this is mother's maiden name???

Hi Karen

Can't have you waiting in suspense all weekend so I had a wee peek. She was married to Fredrick McDonald and her father was shown as Bernard Begley dec'd and mother as Isabella McKay dec'd.

Hope SP can help your problem. Perhaps it's just your viewer that is troubling you....not sure why it would freeze....did you try to direct download the image and then view it that way??? Sometimes it helps I think.

Sounds like a possible problem with one of the plug-ins.
Best option would be to go for a direct download instead, as Jean mentioned, and see if this lets you view the images:

To change viewer:
Log in to SP as usual.
You should end up in the "Search Records" tab area. Along the top there are links in purple - click on "My Details". Scroll down to the bottom of this page - the very last item in the section called "Application Options" is "Image Viewer". Click on the drop-down list and choose the option you want. Now click the "Update Details" button.
