ScotlandsPeople credits

Post by davran » Thu Mar 29, 2007 4:31 pm

I'm having a little grumble. Most of my relatives are English, so I rarely use SP and when I do I end up with a few unused credits, which often go to waste until I have another bright idea  . I know they've extended the "shelf-life" of credits, but it's still very irritating to lose them. Of course, SP are not the only site who 'steal' credits - I just wish we could hang on to them until they were needed or we could transfer them to someone else who needs them. How about a pool of credits for this forum that people could dip into occasionally? Perhaps they could be birthday presents for members: 6 credits per person - 1 to find and 5 to view? [birthday] Oh well, I can dream, can't I?
Researching: KNOX of Renfrew. Also FORSYTH, MCFARLANE, MCINDOE, BENNIE, HUTCHISON, HENDERSON

You never actually lose your credits on Scotland's People, they are still there and will be aded to your next batch of 30 when you purchase them.

I had 3 left and hadn't been there for oh a year? but when I bought more my total went up to 33 and had the latest time scale to use them in.
