Perhaps its just me; but do the images look small compared to before when they were in their own window?

I agree Dennis. Glad to know it's not just me.

Hi Dennis and Annette, I noticed that the image is smaller too. Also I should have had hours left for searching, they took that away, sent in a contact form, quick reply to say this was affecting a few users and they were working on it, so they added 300 hrs to my time. I also noted when looking at "previous searches" they deducted 1 credit when going from page to page, no pop up to say 1 credit will be deducted, still awaiting a reply on this .....

New SP site - previous searches
Hi all
I'm confused - my previous searches all seem to be there, with names, but I don't seem to be able to arrange the whole lot by name alphabetically anymore. (This used to take three clicks on the name link. )
They are "sort of" doing it, but not properly. This means that I can't call up for instance all my McNicol searches all at the one time to either check a page of results I want to go back to or to confirm what search I have already done so that I don't repeat myself, and spend more that I need to. With 51 pages (yes, sad, I know...I should get out more!) this has the portential to be a major problem!!

When I accessed 'my details' on SP, under application options there is a box ticked to say I am a veteran user - no warnings.
I think if you uncheck this box then you will receive the usual warning pop ups.
I think the new site will take a wee bit of getting used to. I can't find when I last bought credits. I quite liked that feature.

Hello Cathy,Cathy wrote:Hi Lesley,
I have 84 pages with 2093 records. Can you tell me how to get them in alphabetical order (in VERY simple terms),
Cathy
Just click on the word 'name' in blue at the top of the page. Click again to see them in reverse order.
Click on any of the headings and the search results will be displayed in that particular order.

Hi Annette, I noticed that after the fact, went in and unticked no warnings, it must have reverted to this with the new site ??? Your right it going to take a bit of getting used to ....... so far I feel like a fish out of water. I noticed the timeline, does not include names, just that it is a birth, marriage or death image, so you need to click the view button to see who it is, I hope that this is a glitch, when I viewed I new image today, and put it in my timeline, it shows the name, so I hope all the other images will be fixednelmit wrote:Hello Linda,Linda Malpass wrote:Hi Dennis and Annette, I noticed that the image is smaller too.
