Hi mikokunsaki
....and welcome to Talking Scot
There are three choices to view the documents on SP in your profile on SP:
Java
DirectX
Direct download.
My guess is that it is Java you are using judging from the error message you are getting. I don't use Java myself, so can't really advise if it is perhaps an update that needs downloading or similar.
Best suggestion would be to change your prefs to "direct download" which will let you download the files directly to your PC and open them in an image viewing or edting program.
Best wishes
Lesley

Thanks for reply... any suggestions as to what image viewing program I could use? It's coming up as tiff file and suggesting photoshop it seems, but I don't have installed.
Edit: Nevermind, got one working.
Though I wonder why it doesn't work now as Java worked before?
Maybe new Mozilla version.. Thanks for advice.

Hi mikokunsaki,
Search for Irfanview on the internet. It is a very good free (always a good thing) image viewer which has a few extra facilities.

I have the same problem with Java use on SP, and I also use Mozilla, I suspect one of the recent updates may be causing the problem.
I switched to Internet Explorer, and I am able to view documents on SP.
