Hi
I have a photo of my grandad in his army uniform. i don't know what army he was in but it would have been ww2.The photo is black and white so i don't know the colour of the uniform ,but his trousers appear to be tartan and i think his shoes are white.
He is posing with his wife and baby son outside a white tent with a white (tin?) tub/basin just outside( could this be army barracks?).He was born and lived in glasgow.
I know it's a long shot, but does anyone have any idea what army he might have beloned to.
Any help is appreciated

Any chance you could upload the photo to the gallery? It would make it easier for someone with experience of different uniforms to figure out which one it is.
