My gt grandfathers death certificate states his proffession as Militia Reserveman - India Rubber works labourer (he died in Dennistoun Lanark 1906). He is one i cannot get started on as i think his family originated in Ireland and flitted between England Scotland and Ireland.
Are there records of Reservemen ?
