Could I ask that a kind soul check out the following for John Callaghan, I have three to work with all from 1916. Mine would have been about 25-27
married to Elizabeth "Lizzie" Mitchell. he was from Rutherglen.

The "full" records at NRH are unlikely to give more than regiment, number, name, theatre/location, cause of death, and are most unlikely to have info on the spouse.
Have you had a look at the Commonwealth Graves Commission site at http://www.cwgc.org/ , where entries as often as not have info on anext-of-kin?
