Managed to figure out another intricacy of the inner workings of the gallery by good guesswork

Definitely Ned Flanders, David. I believe Neddy Seagoon said, "You rotten swine" -- or was that Bluebottle? And who planned to steal London Bridge and replace it with a life-size photograph? Moriarty?
