Abbreviations in these records

Post by speleobat2 » Sun Sep 05, 2010 9:27 pm

Hi all,

I was just trying out the new SP and did a search in the Catholic parish records. I clicked on Other Events and in my results found A, R, or U in the column under Event. I can guess that maybe U stands for Unknown, but what about A or R?

Carol :D
Looking for: Clerihew, Longmuir/Longmore, Chalmers, Milne, Barclay in Newhills,
Munro, Cadenhead, Raitt, Ririe/Reary

Thanks Annette! I was so busy searching that I looked right passed that one.

Maybe if they put it in flashing red print...
