Farquhar Family research

Hi all afain
it has been a long while since I was last in here , I am wondering if there is any further information On Katherine Kinloch, she was born around 1715 she married James Farquhar in L:oanhead district of Lasswade Midlothian .I have checked various sources , and one of the libraries in Edinburgh , suggested that that the parish paper work was not very good at that time , I have the birth certificate for Katherine ,and I also have the birth certificate of one of her children Alexander Farquhar , which is the one which concerns me most of all , there was a strange entry in her birth reistrations ,one of her children was born in Aberdeen and christened in Loanhead two or three days later, now why would they want to go up to Aberdeen ,? did they have relatives up there , her first child was called George Farquhar, usually the first son is named after the fathers father . I have the names of her parents they are Helen Heriot and James Kinloch but this is assuming she was born in the year 1715.
Could they have come from Aberdeen, I am so confused I must have a rub down with the daily record lo any help would be appreciated . Alex

Sorry can't help with finding out more about Katherine Kinloch but the Farquhar name is a Northern Scotland name, I have loads of Farqhars from there and the Braemar area. Maybe they had been up in Aberdeen visiting family

this is the answer I was afraid of it seems I have reached the end of the line ,as I have the birth cerificate of my ancestor ,but I cannot take it further due to the conflict of dates of his parents .
Nevertheless thank you for your help .
