Alan is right about Zonealarm, and W2000 didn't come with any sort of built in firewall or AV. I suspect your problem with AVG might be the other antivirus installed. I know a way to remove Symantec/Norton by brute force but not for Pi Cillen or Macfee. It could be worth Googling "macafee uninstall" or variations, and see if it turns up an uninstall program. Have you tried booting into SafeMode and trying to uninstall them? Just a thought.
