Hello Lesley
When writing a post at work you can get round this filtering problem by taking a tip from the merchants of spam who sometimes find their way into my in- box to sell me things I don’t want or need.
Your family member’s name can be obscured by combining it in whole or in part with the previous or following word. In some cases and, perhaps yours in particular, one has to be alert so as not to make things worse or even faintly amusing.
For collective or descriptive words like sex, it might help to refer to, the quality of being male or female or, depending on context, the area of activity connected with this distinction.
And then there is the old oxymoron ploy where bad punctuation is used to express for example a sentiment masquerading as a cruel kindness. Or is the other way round. For example;
I have no feelings whatsoever. When we are apart I can be very happy. Will you let me be.
Yours
Lesley
Or
I have no feelings whatsoever when we are apart. I can be forever happy. Will you let me be yours
Lesley
……………or in your case a code to confuse the clever people who monitor your fe-mails.

Hi Malcolm
Thank you for your suggestions
Unfortunately the problem was with my "previous search" lists on SP & I have no control over how these are listed, word order or the puncuation.
But, it doesn't matter now anyway
as eventually the "powers that be" agreed that the over-sensitive filtering software was making life too difficult for everyone and it was consigned to the recycle bin! The replacement filter software appears to be reasonable and seems to be able to tell the difference between websites we should be visiting and those we shouldn't - not that I've ever put it to the test as all activity is monitored anyway and they'd know it was me!! But its OK with SP and previous search lists, nae problems.
Best wishes
Lesley

Hello all
I sympathise with all who are blighted by PC email checkers. I have to be very careful when I email a friend in a state government department here in the west. It will block emails even with the most innocent of words in the context of the text, so a few times he has emailed me that the thing was blocked
God give us strength!
I had to get rid of a free programme myself that would block anything it considered suspect, never again! Cockburn was a regular that got blocked, it is a suburb here in the west!!!!
