William Budge 1880 Caithness to Canada .....

Hi Freida,
I got access to the 1906 census of Canada and thought to look up your
William Budge. There is one in MacDonald district, Manitoba, age 25, married. He is living with his brother John Budge age 27, also listed as married (but no wives in sight). Both born in Scotland. That census didn't ask about occupation, so there is not much other information. Did your William also have an older brother John? The census was take in July.

Thank you for your email.

Not my William I'm afraid. He did not have a brother John.
I think the two you found were from Caithness though.

He had abrother David in Montrose Ave, Winnipeg a bit later around 1920.
