I don't know wini. I've found that the older I get (I'm now 57), the harder it is to take the heat.
As for Queensland and it's humidity, I spent fourteen weeks at Toowoomba (and enjoyed it - winter admittedly), a few days at Canungra (sweat, sweat, sweat and had nothing to do with the Land Warfare Course) and several weeks at Bamaga, Cape Yorke (BRILLIANT fishing - don't remember much else!).
The one thing I enjoy at WA's heat is that it is DRY HEAT as opposed to HUMID HEAT - I just cannot hack humidity!
