Can you tell me if any of these other denominations' records are available online?
Not that I know of. They are held at the National Archives of Scotland in Edinburgh (NAS)
Some non-Established Church records do appear within the IGI records - e.g. the Limekilns Secceeders births are in the IGI, as are a few other non-Church of Scotland records here and there, but I don't think I've come aross any Free Church stuff on IGI so far. Free Church relatives are only a problem from a research point of view between 1843-1855. After that date, they like everyone else, had to register by law following the introduction of Statutory Registration in Scotland. Pre-1843, they are usually to be found attending their local Established Church of Scotland.... but I certianly have a few who fall into that gap between 1843-55 and who took a bit of tracking down!!
