In my case, David, I didn't see it fall, but I did know it was falling! Being too impatient to wait till I'd finished cooking to do some work I had the lappy on the worktop with the power cable plugged in at the other side. Forgot, turned round and walked to the fridge, catching the cable with my foot as I went.

It's that feeling you get. You know what you've done as soon as it happens, but it doesn't really register in time for you to turn round and make a grab :twisted:
