Looking for any connections to John McLachlan b. Glasgow, Scotland Feb. 23, 1899; d. Feb. 12, 1973 (Canada). To Canada with wife Margaret (Daisy) McKenzie and 5 daughters approx. 1954. Ring a bell with anyone? Thanks, Ian

Are you looking for descendants of John/Margaret? Or are you looking at their ancestors?
If your looking for their ancestors my first stop would be the 1901 Census on ScotlandsPeople it's pay-to-view but very reasonable.As John would be about 2 then hopefully he would be with his parents & maybe other siblings.
Maybe somebody will recognise your rellies & you'll find a long lost cousin.Have a look at the Gallery & do a wee search of posts.

I see a number of possible candidates for John born in Glasgow around 1899. Any idea who his parents might be, or names of any older siblings?
