Looking for more info re Richard Shepherd, father of Richard (born 1827 in Edinburgh) and Ann ( born 1825 in Edinburgh) and possibly husband of Margaret McAra (born 1802 in Cramond).
Any help with this would be most appreciated

Found marriage for Richard and Margaret McArra 27 Oct 1823 Canongate & 02 Nov 1823 Dalkeith.
Ann 16 and Richard 14 appear to be living with a Robertson family in 1841 in Davidsons Mains.
No sign of Mum or Dad.
Hopefully someone else will be along shortly to help!
