Miller family Scotland to America .....

Hope someone can help as we have no information on our Grandmother's sister after emigrating to America.
Margaret Whitelaw Smith married age 18 to James Miller age 23 in Kilmarnock 1906. We remember letters from either Rhode Island or Long Island not 100% sure as these places just seem to come to mind , also the name Robina (could be a daughter).
Any help appreciated.

Thank you so much for your reply.
Didn't think I'd have any luck as Smith and Miller are common names maybe the name Robina helped, I wonder why we thought of Rhode Island? the only time Massachusetts was ever in my head was in the 60's (my favourite BeeGees song)
I have just been on the Ellis Island Site lots of Millers or Millars a few possibilities the first time I've tried it. I have also E-mailed my sister in Australia and sister in England and they are delighted with your information.
