1911 census of ireland starting to be put online!

The 1911 Cenus of Ireland has started to be put online.

They are putting on one county at a time starting with Dublin, once they have put on the whole of the 1911 census, they will start puting on the 1901 census.

Plus its free to search and view images!

Hi:

I found two ladies who may be great aunts, unfortunately, they are single, and one is named Mary.

But it's more than I had about my grgrandfather's family, and Annabella's name doesn't appear on any of the family trees I have been allowed to view. So, no-one's claimed her yet. I'm hoping that with Annabella as a first name in combination with an unusual surname will bear fruit as more records come on line. :)

The 1911 Census records are easy to use, they're fast--even with dial-up!-- and they are FREE! =D> :D
