Can anyone tell me anything about this Please?.

Hi Robbie:

Couldn't locate anything doing a Yahoo UK & Ireland search, but you may find some direction by contacting:

Crafts Council of Ireland, Castle Yard, Kilkenny, Ireland | Tel: +353 (0)56 7761804 Fax: +353 (0)56 7763754 email: info@ccoi.ie

Hope this is of some help.

Hello Robbie,

Nothing much in the newspapers, see

http://talkingscot.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11449

19th Century British Library Newspapers

Freeman's Journal and Daily Commercial Advertiser (Dublin, Ireland), Saturday, September 27, 1873

“Professor A. D. Reeves, of New York City, U.S., will deliver a lecture to the Master Tailors and Cutters of Dublin, on the art and science of Measurement and Cutting of Gentlemen’s and Ladies’ Garments, at Eight o’Clock on Monday Evening, 29th instant, at the Old Bank Hotel, William-street.”

That’s the full article.

Sounds like a great album,
Alan

Thanks, Alan for posting that newspaper item. I tried the link last night but my 'trial' period had ended and I didn't think to try through the posted link.
