Wasnt quite sure how to head this http://www.burnleygallantry.co.uk/index.htm as its title is East Lancashire and the Great War (1914 - 1918) and on this page http://www.burnleygallantry.co.uk/huntr ... spital.htm it has photos of Soldiers who were patients at Huntroyde which does include some Scottish soldiers.

Might be lucky for some
Scotland - Donaldson / Moggach / Shaw / Geddes / Sim / Gray / Mackie / Richards / Joel / Coull / Mckimmie / Panton / McGregor
Ireland and Scotland - Casey / McDade / Phillips / McCandle / Dinely / Comaskey + various spellings

Hi Tracey,

Good link there...for a minute I thought I'd come across my Thomas Hogg but not the right one. :(
