After a couple of hours there is a shape to my search emerging [be it triangle] taking me from most recent glasgow macdonalds up to dundee including the Black Watch pipes and drums, back down to kirkntilloch and joining in marriage to melvilles [an ancestor work the iorn foundry] across?? to kircauldy.

not forgetting new zealand...... and most intrestingly france...
