Hi Jean
Well since 5 oclock yesterday i have found that ...............
Francis James Paterson..........his parents were Francis Paterson and Margaret Barclay who married 12th November 1867 in Cruden. and for them i have also found 1871/81 census so am now looking for deaths ! And having found their marriage i know that Francis Paterson parents were James Paterson and Francis Simpson, Margarets parents were William Barclay and Margaret Mathew who married according to familysearch on either 19th or 20th March 1842 in Peterhead. i have the 1881 census for these as well.
Jessie Mary Gordon........her parents were John Gordon and Jessie Barrow. They married 1871 in Dyke Moray according to S/P although I havent viewed the certificate but the marriage reference number is 133 / 00 0002. I havent found any of the census for these yet.
So if anyone can expand on this please feel free !!
