Peter Gillespie - Logie 1770

Hi,

Can anyone tell me where to find records relating to Logie, Stirlingshire circa 1700's ?

I'm having trouble trying to find an ancestor named Peter Gillespie, who came from Logie and who married there on 21st Dec 1770 to Helen Nicol.
I've been trying to look for burial records/M.I's without success, as Stirling council say they don't have any survivable records for pre 1855.

Are there any o.p.r records that may mention him ? and where do I look, and what do I look for ?
