Hi
A quick search of OPR only produces one child, Isabella 1844 Renfrew, there is none elsewhere as I did a search whithout specifying a location.

Hi Liverbird75,
I am surprised that the IGI shows only one child to this couple. I presume the IGI's (normally good) spelling alternatives are not linking Gemmel and Gemmell. Isabella is the only one listed as "Gemmel": the rest are "Gemmell" .
A parent search on ScotlandsPeople produces a list of 11 children to this couple, although slightly different order and dates from those given above. The first two are in Paisley (Abbey) parish, and all of the others in Paisley (Burgh or Low) parish.
Helen 1833
Catherine 1835
Margaret 1837
Robert 1839
Alexander 1843
Isabella 1844
James 1848
William 1848 (twins with above, or at least baptised on the same date)
Marion 1850
Agnes 1852
John 1854
All of these are available to download from ScotlandsPeople, although typically you won't get much new information from OPR records. It is likely that the dates will be baptisms rather than birth dates - only a look at the original documents will confirm that.
All the best,
AndrewP

... a little later...
I took a look at the OPR document for the twins. They are noted as being twins. The page gives good details of each baptism recorded: Name, gender, father, father's occupation, mother (with maiden surname), birth date and address, baptism date and by whom baptised, when recorded.
Assuming the child(ren) was/were born at home, you get a home address from this document.
All the best,
AndrewP
