Master Source and Citing records from Scotlands People

Post by Heather » Mon Feb 15, 2021 8:31 pm

Hello,

Would anyone have the correct current way to list a Master Source for any record(s) obtained from
the SP Site ?

Also interested in the correct format for OPR's, Civil Registrations, Census Records, etc.

I have looked through the SP Site and don't seem to be able to find anything. Checking around it
seems that this information changes from time to time.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Heather

Hi Heather - did you ever got an answer to this query - even elsewhere? I use Family Historian but their citations are just too complicated. I've finally started writing up mini stories from the family tree and need to keep track.
Thanks in advance.
