Hullo there Dibit

I notice that the IGI gives "abt 1760, Dalry" as Hugh LOGAN'S date and place of birth.

The Hugh Wallis site

http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com ... yAyr.htm#D

gives a list of LOGAN christenings, but only the female line Dates would suggest that these could possibly be siblings, especially as one or two have a Hugh LOGAN as father. Wonder if it might be worth your while to contact the nearest LDS centre to your home and enquire whether they can obtain the microfilm for the male births in Dalry for that period.

A glance at the marriages for the dates around 1785 shows several male LOGANS, who would be contemporaries of your Hugh.

Hope this helps just a little.

All the best
