CAnnot find Roseann Mitchell ms McDonald.....

Post by delmarco » Tue Dec 06, 2005 4:39 am

Greetings all:

Again I'm turning to you for help. I know Roseann was on the census in 1881, and I cannot seem to find her after that, the only death records I could find have an age of 0, she was last in Rutherglen in 1881, if anyone finds her please let me know.

Many Thanks,
Karen
Make it a great day!

Hullo Karen

It might be helpful to have Roseann's birth date or age at the time of the 1881 Census.

Thanks
Catriona

Karen

Roseanne is wide open to a range of spellings such as Rose Ann/Anne etc.

Also it can often be a transliteration of the real, Irish name of Rosein .......

Greetings All:

Thank you for your help, I have found My RoseAnn, she passed away in May of 1888. in Cambuslang. Another hole filled in!!!!

Now If I could find my Bernard Feeney, It would make my year!!!!! He was on the 1861 Census, in Holytown, Bothwell and is listed as deceased in 1866 on his daughter elizabeth's BC. I ve tried every combination and then some on SP and no luck, the closest I came was putting in no given name, and f*n* one came up but he was 8 years old.

Im so open to suggestions!!!

Warm Regards,
Karen
Make it a great day!

Karen

There's a 29 year old Bernard PHEENEY in Glasgow Clyde in 1864 but neither the occupation nor the wife's name matches ................... still, 24 in 1861 ................
