There appears to be someone else researching family in Caldhame Feus, Marykirk.

I would assume that Caldhame Feus was farms with a some subtenants, thus the "Fues" part. My Mother was born in Marykirk, at a farm or cottage called Rosebank.

I looked at the Ordnance Map of 1896 for Marykirk.
Feus of Caldhame is there. It is about a 2 miles northwest from the village of Marykirk in the parish of Marykirk.
It seems it was a bit of hamlet and there was smithy there.

I've just returned from a holiday in Mintlaw, near Peterhead in Aberdeenshire, on the way home we passed through Luthermuir - [ I know a bit of a detour  ]

As we drove up the Main Street, a house name caught my eye

Caldhame Feus  we were practically out of the village before it clicked with me just why that name sounded familiar - Somebody on Talking Scot.

I'm sorry that I didn't have the presence of mind to yell "STOP - Photo needed!" as I frequently do.

It was one of a long row of single storey cottages that line that little place so no doubt would have been there for generations.

Luthermuir is near Marykirk.

So if that's the right place - it's still there and lived in.
