Erected to the memory of GEORGE CUMMING sometime in Little Craigherbs by his spouse and sons, who died May 17th 1822, aged 59 years. His spouse ISABELLA WILSON died 19th December 1851, aged 80 years. Their son ALEXANDER CUMMING died 12th Feby 1848, aged 45 years; and his wife MARGARET RITCHIE died 5th April 1876, aged 72 years; and their children JANE died 14th February 1845, aged 17 years; GEORGE, JAMES and WILLIAM died in infancy."
