Hi Freeway
Welcome to Talking Scot :D
What about a parent search on the IGI? Her parents' names will be given on her 1865 marriage entry.

You might also try a search on the census - 1851 or 61 maybe to catch her with her family.

It seems to be a very unusual name, so probably prone to all sorts of interesting spelling variations & mistranscriptions!
From SP:
Census 1841 0
Census 1851 2
Census 1861 6
Census 1871 0
Census 1881 0
Census 1891 0
Census 1901 0
Old Parish Records Births & Christenings 1553 - 1854 4
Old Parish Records Banns & Marriages 1553 - 1854 4
Statutory Register Births 1855 - 1905 3
Statutory Register Marriages / Banns 1855 - 1930 2
Statutory Register Deaths 1855 - 1955 10

Re Agnes Rickelton

Hi Freeway,
You possibly have the census details for Agnes RICKELTON, but in case not.
The names were taken from CD indexes; sorry no more details.
Can't see a birth for Agnes, but this might be her with her Gr-parents in 1851?
Her own parents being in Glasgow.
And it would seem Agnes was actually younger than 18 when she married James KERR in 1865.

Hi Freeway,
Glad it's helped somewhat - the index i looked at for 1851 had Agnes as RICHELTON (with an H not a K).
As Lesley mentioned, the unusual name might be open to a few variations in spelling.
You've most likely got Agnes in 1881, but in case not.
