Need some advice on the surnames Williams and Lonie in Fife.

Christian Williams was born about 1807, place of birth is unclear as census records stated England and Ireland.
Her parents were Alexander Williams, Sergeant of the late Fife Militia, and Margaret Lonie.
I found a marriage record, for Alexander and Margaret, date 12 Jun 1803, in Cupar, and I've found 7 other possible siblings of Christian's in Fife, but I'm not sure if these are the correct siblings.

James Henderson Williams b. 01 Sep 1822

Some of those kids were born in Fife, one in Perth, and one in Aberdeen.
Christian's death record is the only one that mentions the Fife Militia.

Do I have the correct siblings and who were Alexander and Margaret's parents?
I keep finding conflicting dates for Alexander and Margaret.

Not sure how much research you've done in Fife, but these two sites could give some good background. My own family originate in Pittenweem and surrounding villages.
