hi is there a prob with the site have been looking for marriage certifs
i get the primary info but it says no image i tried with another search with which i have already down loaded the certif and the primary info says no image as well anyone having the same prob

Same problem approx half an hour ago with a birth search, - can't even get back to the site now to check.

In general, it's worth remembering that there are several servers, and it can be that just one server has a problem. In that scenario, it can be worth retrying severl times over a period of a few minutes in order to connect to a server other than the one with a problem.


Just got back on, and one of my standard searches is also giving the "No Image" result...........

As of 17:00 GMT, there still appears to be a "No Image" problem.

Seems they are having problems. Just when I was about to get onto doing something.



Site Unavailable page

We are currently having problems with the database server and some connections are timing out resulting in the Site Unavailable page being displayed. Engineers are looking into this.
