Hullo Annette

I just logged on to SP a minute ago, for the first time today admittedly. Didn't have a problem.

Best wishes

Hello Catriona,

Actually to say I can't log on isn't strictly true.

When I enter my user name and password I am directed to the search page but it's not my home page.

I then have to either register or log in as an existing user and when I do I end up on the same page. :?

In other words I cannot search or access any of my records.

Hope you understand this.

Regards,
Annette M

I can log on but when I am trying to buy some credits, the payment page times out. I got this message:

"An error has occured while processing your request. An automatic email has been sent to website administrator containing a detailed description of the error. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Please click the "CANCEL PAYMENT" button below and you will automatically be returned to www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk where you can resume the order process."
