Good morning
Has anyone had any problems on the Family Search site?
Today, no different from any oher time, I was on the site and after about 15 mins or less, it suspended my research. It claims I had made too many requests states my software is sending automated request. I have been using my new XP for 4 mths now and am on Family Search several times a week and this has never happened before.
Regards

Hi Bertha
I have been having exactly the same problems as you. Lat night whilst using my laptop at home that was happening and it is doing the same on my works pc today - I tried about 8 am when I first came in and again just now while I'm having a wee teabreak - you get a few searches done then suspension messages. I have seen it do that before - but only very rarely. I think it must be an error on their site just now.
Susan.

I've not been having suspension messages, but for the last 3 or four days it has sometimes gone to the standard IE "cannot access page" messages. Clicking on the back button and then on the link again seems to clear it.

Thank goodness it wasn't me.
Mary, I have been having your problem off and on for a while, not just with LDS but that's where it happens most. I have been blaming my server.

Bertha
