Tracing my Kennedy ancestors in Ross and Cromarty

I am trying to trace my G x 3 grandparents-John Kennedy and Anne Campbell. All I know they were born circa 1780 in Ross and Cromarty.

By way of background, they had one son (that I am aware of), John born in Lochalsh in 1822. He died on 16/3/1908 at Alness R & C. He married Flora McKinnon on 3/1/1843 at Ardelve R&C. One of their 8 children was John born at Ardelve R&C on 26/11 /1857. He died in Alness R&C in 1935. He married Isabell McKenzie on 22/6/1882 at Lower Kincraig R&C. She was at Gairloch in 1860 and died in Dingwall in 1904. One of their 8 children was my grandmother Isabella born on 14/10/1890 at Achilty R & C. She married Peter Watt in 192 after which they emigrated to Australia.

I would like to make contact witha anyone who may be able to help me find out more about John and Anne.

There is a marriage between a John Kennedy and Anne Campbell 27th June 1784 in Kingussie Invernessshire on the IGI.Don't know if this is your family but it may be worth a look.

Can you tell us what information you already have? For example, is your knowledge of their birthplace and approximate year from the 1841 census? Just to know what you have already, so as not to duplicate.
