Reunion V.9 for Mac

Post by scooter » Fri Mar 30, 2007 1:17 pm

For all Mac users, Reunion version 9.02 is now out. I've been using the software for five years and really think it's the best on the market for us Apple folk. I've tried all the others (Mac Family Tree, Heredis, iFamily for Tiger etc.) but have always come back to Reunion.

The new interface is a vast improvement on the old version, and feels very much like an OSX program, rather than a Classic one masquerading under a more recent operating system. There are loads of improvements, too numerous to list here, so take a peek at http://www.leisterpro.com/doc/version9/features.php

In case anyone is wondering, I have no affiliation with Leister Productions!

Cheers,

Scott

Hi Scott,
I also just upgraded to Reunion 9 and am very pleased :D I would agree that it is the best out there and the folk at Leister are so reponsive to suggestions and questions! That support alone is worth buying the program. I've been happily fiddling around for the last week fine-tuning my settings to fit my own style of data entry-- I like it :!: :D
Regards,
Sarah

Thanks for that Scott.

I've just emailed that link to my cousin who uses a Mac and is always complaining about the genealogy software he's got.

Looks good, (but I'm a committed non-Mac user)!

Don't want any comments about the use of the word "committed" either. I get enough of that from the son and heir, the Maccite of the household
