Thanks for the reply Andrew,this site is were i got the info on my grandfather,but still dont know how he lost his arm,hoping the local newpaper will have more info

Hope you find something about your grandfather in the newspapers. By the way, the local newspapers are mentioned here (page down)

Got the articles on my grandfathers trial,from the Scottish mining villages.One article from November 1928 and the conclusion of the trial February 1929, grandfather won his case.Still trying to find out how he lost his arm, the articles dont mention how the accident happend
