NAS

Hi All,

On 14th November I contacted NAS re a court case I discovered on their on line catalogue.

I e mailed for details of the number of pages and the cost of sending me photocopies.

To date, apart from an automated reply, I have heard nothing. Is this normal?

Best wishes
Jean

Hi Jean,

I sent NAS an email at the beginning of July and after receiving their automated reply, it took three more weeks to actually receive a reply to my query. Hopefully you'll get a reply soon

Regards,
Anne H

Just to mention in passing - I had to send credit card details by snail mail when I ordered something from Australia. Included in the snail mail was my mailing address so the documents could be posted to Australia. After waiting moons for the documents I discovered that the research people were still waiting for my address - the accounts folks took the money, but didn't pass on my address - so make sure everyone knows where to send the documents if/when you order them.
