Another website featuring Scotland

Post by speleobat2 » Fri Jan 25, 2008 11:38 pm

Hi everyone,

http://www.rampantscotland.com/index.htm

I was googling "kail yard" to find out what it was--a garden in which you grow kale or kail--and I found this website. It has everything from archeology to webcams around Scotland. Of course, the next thing I knew I was looking at the webcams. It's dark over there--and the four day weather forecast--cold with rain, a little rain, not as cool with rain, and spotty showers--followed by periods of rain. :-({|= At least it isn't snowing!

Anyway, this website has a lot of information and pictures. :D

Hi Carol

This site is quite often refered to on here and is one of those places you go back to often, especially around New Years eve to learn the words past the first verse to " Auld Lang Syne "
I am suprised there isnt a link to it on here or maybe there is buried away somewhere and my tired eyes are missing it :?
Scotland - Donaldson / Moggach / Shaw / Geddes / Sim / Gray / Mackie / Richards / Joel / Coull / Mckimmie / Panton / McGregor
Ireland and Scotland - Casey / McDade / Phillips / McCandle / Dinely / Comaskey + various spellings

Hi Tracey,

That link could be right under my nose and I might have missed it!

Also, there are a lot of links on the TS website. I've started out looking for one thing and ended up reading many others. I don't always end up where I started out to! :D
