I've just bought a Kelly's Directory of Glasgow 1966 for a tenner from the local charity shop, and will happily do any look ups for anyone.

I recently did some research for one of the people in the shop, and found a cracker of a story for her involving her granny. She was so happy that she now calls me any time something of genealogical interest comes in - I bought about 30 back issues of Family Tree magazine, and several books on medieval English history last week following another tip off from her, all for a tenner! lol

I am new to these boards and noticed your kind offer. Does the directory give residential address occupancy information?Chris Paton wrote:I've just bought a Kelly's Directory of Glasgow 1966 for a tenner from the local charity shop, and will happily do any look ups for anyone.

I would be interested in finding out the occupants living at 61 Grove Street Cowcaddens Glasgow. It is a Tenement building.
I may be asking for too much here. if so please accept my apologies.
