Hi All
Some of my ancestors were members of the Associate Sessions Kirk in Balfron, Stirlingshire. Does anyone know if they kept Kirk Session Records, and if they did are they available or will soon come online?
Sorry for the multiple questions in one sentence.
Regards
Associate Session Kirk Session Records

Hi Sheila,
The Balfron Associate Session Records are held by the Stirling Council Archive Services, (presumably with film or onscreen copies held at the National Archives of Scotland (NAS), but are not (yet) available online). They have been microfilmed by the LDS, so should be available to hire into your nearest LDS Family History Center for a small fee.
NAS index no.: CH3/425
Baptisms: 1813-1864 (within CH3/425/4), 1866-1877 (within CH3/425/5)
Marriages: (none)
Deaths: 1813-1864 (within CH3/425/4)
LDS Film No.: 0889482
All the best,
AndrewP
