I have already put this website under TS England
I have just had a quick look at it and may be relevant to Scotland.

The website is www.spatial-literacy.org

Put together by University College London

My B-I-L says you might experience delays but persevere and you'll get a result countrywide profile of where surnames are most prevalent

Don't know if it will be of any help to anyone.

As you said though, overloaded and slow to react. Worthwhile persevering with though.
